On Jan. 12th, 2016 our project was in Buffalo Business First about our planning board approval.
A pair of Buffalo residential-based projects aimed at bringing new life to historic buildings have been approved by city officials.
The Buffalo Planning Board approved a proposal by David Pawlik to turn the former Kraft & Son livery building on Archie Street into a residential-anchored, mixed-use facility and also a proposal from Amy Judd to transform the former Loew’s Theatre warehouse on Washington Street into a 13-unit, market-rate apartment complex.
